Job Responsibilities
Arrange shipment matters per client shipping instructions provided by sales and customer service teams.
Complete booking in accordance with shipping instructions.
Schedule container loading and customs declaration, and notify trucking companies and customs brokers accordingly.
Prepare documents, including bill of lading, and submit AMS, ACI and ISF filings.
Create and issue freight invoices.
Release delivery bills to clients upon payment confirmation.
Maintain timely communication on operational updates with clients, sales and business departments.
Perform all operational tasks in compliance with company system regulations.
Report operational issues to supervisors promptly for proper solutions.
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in North America or Europe shipping lanes. Familiar with full export procedures for nominated and self-sourced cargo. Able to handle orders independently from start to finish and respond swiftly to emergencies.
Proactive, honest, meticulous and well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility. Capable of working under pressure and skilled in communication and coordination. Possess good client service awareness, stable work attitude and eagerness to learn, willing to grow alongside the company.
